A message from Steve Kirk-Smith called "Jesus, Lower than the Angels?", based around Hebrews 2 and other Bible verses.

Hebrews 2:9 (NIV) reads: “But we do see Jesus, who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honour because he suffered death, so that by the grace of God he might taste death for everyone.” Jesus had to be made human, and lower than the angels, so that He could die... and then be raised to life again!!

Jesus has given us everything that we need to be made right with God, for our forgiveness and to give us eternal life. We DON'T need to go back to being bound by the Law!! Have we stopped paying attention and remembering what Jesus has done for us (See Hebrews 2:1)? This is what the writer of Hebrews was telling the Hebrews in their letter.

Grace is defined as unmerited favour - God's free gift of love, forgiveness, and salvation that humanity could never earn or deserve. Remember: we are all saved by God's Grace!!
