A message from Steve Kirk-Smith called "Jesus Fulfils the Law", based around Matthew 27:32-56, Mark 15:21-41, Psalm 22:1 and other Bible verses.

Jesus gave up His Spirit when He was crucified on the Cross. He was working with God and planned this moment from the beginning of existence.

The temple curtain was ripped from top to bottom. This 4 inch thick curtain of twisted fibres couldn't even be ripped apart by horses, and it was also approx 40 get high. It was made of very rare and expensive material. It was the barrier between man and God's presence. The chief priest only once per year could go into the Holy of Holies.

Jesus died. He cried out, asking God why He had forsaken Him, echoing Psalm 22:1. The temple curtain was torn from top to bottom. Jesus is the final sacrifice. No more sacrifices are necessary. Jesus is now the intermediary between God and ourselves. Jesus fulfils the Law. We now live by God's Grace, not the Law.

Jesus died for each one of us who put our trust and faith in Him, to give us forgiveness for all of our sins, and eternal life with God. He experienced incredible pain which was overcome by LOVE.
